Delivery & Returns

All kit purchases made from Thursday, 23rd November, to Monday, 25th December 2023, qualify for our extended Christmas returns period. This allows you the flexibility to return items until Wednesday, 31st January 2024.

Unopened kits can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping costs. We do not cover the cost for you to return a kit. The kit must be returned in perfect condition for us to resell. A refund will be issued once we have received your kit and this must be within 30 days of the date ordered. Partially used kits or kits older than 30 days of purchase cannot be refunded or partially refunded.  Bespoke rings cannot be refunded.

We post orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays by 3pm. You will receive an email confirmation with shipping information once dispatched. Each kit is packed by hand to your own size and kit specification.

We post all your kits using 48hr tracked so you can keep an eye on it using the tracking number provided. You’ll get a delivery email from us to let you know when your kit is on its way.

We ship internationally and the cost of shipping outside the UK will be calculated at checkout.

When you submit your finished wax to the Ring Portal you will be provided with the address you need to send your wax to. International ring makers will need to arrange their own wax ring return method of shipping. We recommend a tracked service to ensure safe delivery to our workshop.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying any duty or customs incurred on your purchase and delivery. Wax rings should be sent back to us with minimal cost please list as “returned craft models under £5”

Our cut-off for next day delivery nationwide is 3pm Monday to Friday. We always endeavour to fulfil that promise but cannot offer a guarantee due to the nature of using our third-party company Royal Mail. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be packed and sent the following Tuesday.
