All prices detailed on theworkbenchlondon.com include UK duty and VAT and may be subject to change.
We accept American Express, Switch, Delta, Visa Debit and most major credit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal.
If you want to break up the cost you can also pay with Clearpay.
We work hard to process, pack and dispatch all your kit orders by hand. Orders are currently dispatched once a week as outlined in our FAQs. Any orders placed after 4pm on the specified delivery day will be sent in the following week’s dispatch.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. We use a 48-hour tracked and signed for service to ensure your order makes it to you as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We can issue a refund providing the kit has been unopened and is still in perfect condition with all items still in the kit. We will issue a full refund minus the initial shipping cost. Refund requests must be made via email within 30 days of purchase.
We do not provide postage for returns. Any cost associated with returns postage is your responsibility. We ship everything using a 48-hour tracked and signed for service and we recommend you do the same if posting a return.
Any returned items that are lost or damaged in the post and are not trackable are your responsibility, and we are not liable for a refund.
Discounted or kits sold as part of a promotion are strictly non-refundable/exchangeable.
Please note all kits are valid for a period of 1 year
Kits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Like vouchers, kits older than 1 year cannot be redeemed. However, if you still wish to send in your wax you can order a refill pack from our website.
Please do not send in kits that are older than 1 year. Your wax will not be processed. This is due to metal price changes, missed allocated workshop hours, and structural business changes.
This kit validation date is stated on the outside of the box, at the point of purchase, and on our video tutorials page.
